BPC-157 increases the expression of genes responsible for the production of growth factors, including TGF-beta (transforming growth factor beta) and FGF (fibroblast growth factor). To achieve a strong synergistic anti-inflammatory and regenerative effect, BPC-157 can be used in combination with TB-500. This combination may be used, for example, to accelerate recovery after surgery, especially for tendons such as the Achilles tendon, ligaments, and other similar conditions, as well as in cases of chronic tendonitis.
